For E&P operators

Our value to your organisation, an E&P operator, would be to help you meet your local content obligations.

Adour International helps companies with industrial partnering in countries where local content legislation applies. Our niche expertise is Nigerian local content and due diligence work in the energy industry.

We would help your suppliers integrate additional Nigerian content by enabling industrial partnering with local companies. We would also help them quantify and qualify their overall Nigerian content value so that in turn you can more easily consolidate Nigerian content across your supplier base and demonstrate overall compliance with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

Through joint ventures and alliances, companies are able to meet both technical specifications and Nigerian content requirements for tenders. The challenge, however, is most often finding the right partners able to reliably deliver value to the partnership. We perform the required analysis and in-depth financial, operational and commercial due diligence on companies which then enables them to select with confidence their most suitable industrial partners. The due diligence services page under OUR SERVICES provides additional information on how we perform that analytical work.

Three major deep offshore projects are currently underway in Nigeria, specifically Egina (Total), Erha North Phase II (ExxonMobil) and Bonga South West (Shell). Contracts are awarded to local and foreign companies in line with the provisions of the local content act. On these projects we offer our expertise to the operators to ensure they integrate maximum local content whilst adhering to time, quality and cost objectives.

Sixteen Floating Production Storage Offloading (FPSO) vessels, two Floating Storage Offloading (FSO) vessels and six export terminals are currently in operation in Nigeria. On these assets we offer our expertise on upgrade projects when operators wish to optimise the local content within their supply chain or when new suppliers need to be selected.
